Not only do they have experience with this, but they have the patience required when dealing with federal money. We hit a few bumps with the grant along the way, but they took the time to take care of what I needed and never sounded annoyed in the process. The team also had me ready to close in 30 days, which was a huge help and relief. They worked so hard for me and there is no way for me to express how much I appreciate all of their hard work.
